With a good warm weather, the Indian state of Goa is really an ideal tourist spot for vacations. Of course, there is no fixed time of the day when you should walk on the beach. You are no more in a 9 to 5 job. You are free from the usual chaotic and stressful schedule once you land in Goa on a leisure holiday. What`s So Special About a Goan Beach Walk

Firstly, it is the congenial weather in Goa which motivates you to become a part of the nature. A warm weather with a daytime temperature of 30 to 35 Celsius is good enough for the pores of your skin to open up and sweat out the toxins.

When you walk on this sand, your feet get gentle acupressure. As you move away from the waves, the sand is dry and hence loose in texture. It is hot due to the heat of the sun. When you walk on this kind of sand, every part of your feet gets in contact with the sand, and you get very soothing acupressure along with heat treatment. Since the sand is hot and loose, it is difficult to walk on it for a long time. Hence you can play your walking on the Goan sand beach as you sway your walking steps between the wet compact sand near the waves and the dry loose sand away from the waves.

Thirdly, as you walk on the beach in the company of shining sun, your body absorbs Vitamin D from the sun`s rays. This Vitamin D is essential for healthy bone formation. It`s good for developing children as well as the adults who may have osteoporosis.

Fourthly, the fresh breeze is good for you to take a deep breath and rejuvenate your mind and body. The sea breeze varies its fragrance as you stroll along the beach.

Further the walk becomes even more joyful when you dive into the sea waves and take a sea bath after your adventurous walk on the Goan beach. Even if you do not know swimming, then also you can let your body hug the waves without going deeper into the sea.
